the onsen was available it suited me fine after a long day of walking
the room seemed smaller than anticipated i had to maneuver around furniture to fit my luggage the no-shoes policy in the hotel felt weird considering luggage wheels supposedly get sanitized but still roll through the rooms it felt somewhat unsanitary

Everything was amazing. The hotel offered complimentary ramen every evening. Everyone in the hotel wore similar pajamas and walked in socks. The onsen separated genders and provided a relaxed, cultural experience. Free coffee, matcha latte, and water were available at reception. I also enjoyed the free ice cream after using the onsen.
The ROOM felt a little small. I was not used to it.

the onsen was nice. i used it every day .
The hotel was super busy and crowded (it reminded me of a tourist factory). there were very long waits for breakfast at times. the lobby was chaotic at all times. It was completely filled with people's luggage. our room constantly reeked of cigarettes, especially in the bathroom where the vent was, even though we booked a non-smoking room.

I loved the free nightly ramen, and the free ice cream was a nice bonus. the onsen was a definite highlight with its relaxing massage chairs. the hotel's location is also super convenient. The train station is very close. it really made sightseeing easy.
The room felt a bit small and crowded. It could have benefited from more storage space.

the hot spring facilities were amazing. i bathed there almost every night and it was the perfect way to wind down. massage chairs and free ice cream were a plus. i also enjoyed delicious ramen every night, and i looked forward to winding down at my hotel daily. the entire staff was helpful and very kind with any concerns i had. i would definitely stay again!
the room is too small. really small. i am not used to such small rooms for hotels. the hotel is always crowded and noisy, not zen for an onsen hotel. the guest services are constantly busy answering to all kinds of guest requests, so they can get flustered and look concerned all the time.

The hotel featured tatami floors throughout. It created a Ryokan-like feel. The public onsen offered various bath types to explore. I really appreciated the hospitality. ALL the free food was amazing. The amenities were just as great.
The breakfast area was quite crowded. THIS caused some delays during peak hours. I wish the hotel could address this small inconvenience.
